Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

At BLANKS™, every garment is carefully inspected before shipment.
However, if a manufacturing defect was overlooked, we will make it right.

Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as faulty stitching, unintended holes, or printing errors), please:

  1. Take clear photos of the defect

  2. Include one full photo of the product

  3. Email the images to: contactblanksbrand.com

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A full refund

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear

  • Slight color variations due to our dye process (each piece may have subtle uniqueness

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
